Question:  Why should you buy a NEW Home instead on a Used Home?

Answer: A new home has a warrenty on EVERYTHING.  Most used homes do not have any type of warrenty what so ever, this cound lead to costly repairs immediatly.  These cost should be considered before purchasing a used home.
